How to make peanut butter industrially? Automatic peanut butter production line

 The roasting machine, peeling machine, grinding machine, storage, mixing and vacuum tanks, and filling equipment make up our peanut butter production line. It's a section of a peanut butter production line that's fully automated. This line may be used to process peanuts, almonds, sesame seeds, and other nuts. Stainless steel 304 is used in the construction of the machinery. 

The whole peanut butter manufacturing line is fully automated and labor-saving, with a high level of automation, productivity, and low waste rate. The production varies from 500 kg to 2 tons per hour in general.

Roasting → Cooling → Peeling → Grinding → Mixing → Degassing → storing → Filling → Capping → Labeling
